Interesting song.. Heard it a few times on the raido lately.. and I donno it just really kinda touched me being the person who loves kinda corny music it's right up my alley.. it starts out really light and playful but it I donno.. it just really kinda made me think.. about society and the whole of humanity.. and I thought it was worth sharing.. I donno how good the video is.. but just sit back relax and listen to the music..

Well the www.crammedorganisms.com show is comming up soon!! I have only one week left to finish my Foxtopus and start on my last peice for the show.. So far I have done a Cthulhu Deer and a Cthulhu Bear for my band of woodland cthulhu critters.. ugh and I am just feeling so unmotivated these last few days.. But I WILL GET THEM DONE!!! So expect pictures of all 4 by next Friday!!

Ugh I finally broke down and turned on the AC and besides the weird musty maple syrup smell it's wonderful!! I hate being all hot and sweaty.. eww! It's official Spring has Sprung and Summers starting to Simmer in .. Alliteration is fun! or is it assonance? ahh one or the other.. hehe

Few nights ago, I had a rather unusual dream.. but then again most of my dreams are off the deep end more often than not.. hehe... Anyways in it I had a rather odd little pet. It was a dog, a little puppy no bigger than a small kitten. He had no fur whatsoever, his skin was smooth almost slimy, and bright green mottled with darker green and yellow. And he had these big Red eyes with side-slit pupils.. He looked somewhat like a tree frog/dog.. Had all the movements of a puppy but the texture of a frog.. it was so adorable. I wish I could own one in real life.

In other news I filled up yet another sketchbook.. grumble.. I had to flip through my book for a skipped page to doodle this guy on.. I've finished reading my book and I've filled my sketchie!! AHHH!! What ever will I do with my nights!?!?! I guess I could work on coloring things..

I hate buying new things for myself, especially so close to Christmas.. Ugh.. and I wish me and my youngest weren't so under the weather.. I really need to go out and about and finish Christmas shopping.. and get a new novel to read, and a new sketchie book!! .. Ugh.. well we'll see if I can't find the motivation to get off my duff, and if the baby's feeling okay do some running around..

At least I detanglified my matte of hair that came about of lying in bed/ on couch sick for the past few days.. I hate long hair.. Shutting it in Car doors, getting it all tangled, not being able to do anything with it.. yuck! But I guess my honey likes it .. and it's fun sometimes I guess.. I just wish it wouldn't tangle so easily.. (my hair is very fine. and very straight) I need to dye it again sometime too.. I've had a box of dye under my sink for like a few months.. :P

Eww my lips are so chapped.. I think I'mma have to steal my daughters lip gloss.. but you know I hate how lip glosses and chap sticks only seem to make chapped lips worse after it's all done and dried out.. maybe it's just me but I find it really irritating.

Achoo! ACHOO achoo.. *goes into sneezing convulsing fit* Okay.. *sniff* I think I'mma go curl up back on my couch with my nice warm blanket.. *cough cough* *sniff* Just wanted to share more doodlies.. :)

Just a little doodle I did last night, and managed to slaughter with inking.. lol he will look good once all colored up I hope, trying to practice my mad scale skills, they are so fun to color. I just have to think up some nice hues for him.. I'm thinking warm oranges and reds with soft yellows.. maybe a touch here and there of something else who knows..

Debating on whether or not to try out my water colors on this one, but I'm not sure how steadfast my inking pens are.. they say they are waterproof.. but I can wash them off my hands with water.. and they do run when drawn on a sculpted thing then varnished over if I'm not quick about it.. plus it's not exactly water color paper.. *sigh* maybe I'll just wait and draw more quetzalcoatl goodness later. Cause common.. Winged Snake Gods? Kick Butt!

Ugh.. I have tons of things to post up on my camera if I could only remember where the heck I put the darned piece of crap.. lol..

So this christmas is turning out better than last year already.. Got all the kids shopping done :D now to just make sure they don't stumble into my closet .. hehe .. plus I've gotten some nice presents already from an internet friend and my honey, still kinda tough with him not being around.. *sigh* but supposedly he's gonna be home safe and sound where he belongs before too long.. The one dark cloud on our holiday this year.. not having him home.. But neat thing we've decided to leave up the christmas tree until he gets home, and not even out of laziness .. hehe

Hopefully this isn't the last year for my kids beliving in Santa.. it's just so much fun! It sucks getting old and loosing some of that magical innocence.. Even when you know the truth .. and it just slips away even more..

Last year was my first.. "Oh crap I'm not a kid I don't get cool toys for christmas anymore year".. Lol I guess it happens to all of us at one time.. you finally realize that you are no longer the little kid getting the shiney packages and that that tradition has been passed to your youngins of your own.. Still kind of a shock.. My dad always gets me cool things though :D usually artsy stuffs so does my husband they know how to keep the kid in me appeased *hugs them both*

Gah.. I think I still have the heart of a kid in a grownups body.. Obsessed with frivilites really not wanting to break into the real world even though I have to.. Wishing to get by on doing things I love such as artsy things.. but hehe .. I doubt that happening when I can't even give my art away at times... lol .. oh This last years been fun staying home with the kids.. sleeping and eatting and drawing all day.. I'm not really looking forward to going back in the realm of working adults.. But I know that I must.. with my honey coming home we are gonna be broke again.. Not that we can't survive or afford a roof over our head.. but broke in that all our money is going to go to just that .. keeping the roof over all of our heads.. with not much left over for much else.. I'll pretty much be working for just a little bit over what child care costs for three kids most likely.. blah .. so not looking forward to busting my ass all week for a 50$ pay out.. :/ I sure hope we figure something out in regards to that..

I have been talking to my honey about trying to get things together to try to go a peddling wears at cons and fests.. that are in our area... but I donno if that will happen or not.. Things are always great while in mind but it's bringing them to realization and making sure that it's actually a worthwhile investment that's the hard part.. It'd at least get my name out there I suppose.. Which is one reason I think it's hard for me to get any commissions in the first place..

I am just not social enough .. I'm too timid .. I don't comment a lot .. I just lurk .. and admire from afar.. and keep my critiques to myself.. I wish I was more outspoken .. who know's maybe someday I will finally live up to my Horoscope title of the mighty Leo! Always the Center of attention! Blah .. Hopefully I can work more on things when my honey comes home. Planning on setting up me a website finally.. and who knows..

Anyways.. ugh.. I hate not posting a pic.. wonder if I can find anything digging through my things to post.. until my wiley camera can be located.. Nope guess not.. oh well .. think I'mma go listen to some Bloodhound gang and see if I can't doodle anything up .. maybe some Re-Pets.. yes I haven't drawn any of them in awhile..

First off, Free icons for Live Journal!! Wheee!! One per person (doesn't have to be for you, you can have one done for a friend if you'd like) Done in traditional medium, markers and pencils. Next we have beautiful charms hand sculpted out of super sculpey then painstakingly painted with acrylics, and glossed with a high gloss varnish till they are extra super spiffy!! Good for necklaces and charm bracelets, I would not recommend these for keychains as they are a slight bit delicate to be tossing and clanking down with your keys. These as well are 15$ (plus S&H)
